

Review Process
Double-Blind Peer Review
All submissions to ISETIM 2026 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. Each paper will be evaluated by at least two independent international reviewers with relevant expertise.
Review Criteria
Papers are assessed based on:
- Originality and significance of contribution
- Technical quality and correctness
- Relevance to conference scope
- Clarity of presentation
- Literature review and citation quality
Review Timeline
Authors will receive the notification of acceptance or rejection within 2–5 weeks after submission. Papers accepted with revision may be returned to authors for further improvement. The final formatted papers will be prepared for publication in the conference proceedings.
Publication Ethics
ISETIM firmly believes that ethical conduct is the most essential value of any academic endeavor. Any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and will not be tolerated.
If an author is found to have committed plagiarism:
- The article will be rejected or removed from the final publications
- The author's violation will be reported to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
- The author's violation will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics
- ISETIM reserves the right to publish the author's name(s), the title of the article, and the details of misconduct
Important Notice
- ISETIM will not accept any paper which, at the time of submission, is under review, has been accepted for publication, or has already been published in another conference or journal
- Authors are expected not to submit their papers elsewhere during the ISETIM reviewing period
- Official language is English in paper writing and presenting
